Chances are, if you are like me you probably spend way too much time in front of a screen. It might be your computer, your tablet, or even your phone. In today’s digital society, we are now depending on technology that uses screens now more than ever.
I know I spend at least 8 hours a day staring at my overly bright desktop that just might as well be a tv since the monitor is so huge. At just 20 inches away from my eyes I know it is not healthy.
Blue Light Glasses
In fact, as the years have been going by, I am seeing more eye floaters and my eyes are getting tired, and dry. While I do have computer glasses that block out blue light, I just don’t care for them.
They are bulky, not fashionable and make everything look yellow-tinted. Maybe you like yours but for me, they are not an option I can fully rely on.
Naturally, I decided to look for supplements that could help support my eyes and vision. I take lutein, and omega-3 fish oils to keep my eyes in top shape.
Easily Fortify & Support Your Eyes from Blue Light with the Digital Blue Supplement
Since Jared and I rely on many supplements to support our overall health, we looked into the Digital Blue Eye Health supplement by Quantum Health.
This (2 softgels daily) supplement was appealing because it allowed us to cut down 2 supplements we were taking. Ingredients in Digital Blue include: lutein, curcumin, Zeaxanthin, and Omega-3.
I do notice my eyes do not feel as fuzzy and dry as they were feeling the month before we started. I am just relieved that this supplement is helping to support my eyes which are one of my biggest assets in this business.
If you are in front of a screen most of the day, you are going to want to head on over to Quantum Health to purchase this supplement which is currently 20% off. *subject to change.

I’ve been hearing more and more about blue light and its effects. I thought that you could only prevent it by wearing a certain kind of glasses, I never thought about taking a supplement!

This is really the first time I have heard about a supplement that would particularly help protect eyes from blue light. Or could this supplement be for total eye health? I will have to check this out and read about it more. As much time as I spend working on my laptop, I need to keep my eyesight in good shape.

I really didn’t know this was so important. Thanks for sharing the info.

Eye health is so neglected by all of us until it is too late or when we start feeling the side-effects of the lifestyle.
I have been taking eye health supplements that have improved my night vision. Amazingly improved!
So, for those who are on the fence to try eye supplements, please give it a try.
