Kid Friendly Easter Chick Pudding Cups: The Perfect Spring Snack! These pudding cups are easy and fun to make with kids. This is the perfect Easter edible craft project.
Can you believe Easter is already less than a week away? I swear, time has been flying by way too quickly lately! The Easter bunny has not even started working on the kid’s baskets, and I have a ton to do before our little egg hunt! One thing I did recently make for my kids to start the beginning of our Easter celebration are these super cute Easter Chick Pudding Cups.
For these adorable little pudding cups, I used Super Snack Pack pudding cups in Creamy Vanilla. They come in a variety of flavors, and are available at Walmart in the snack isle.
My kids love these pudding cups because they feature Easy Open Lids that their little hands can undo all by themselves. As a parent, I personally love that each pudding cup contains as much calcium as an 8 ounce glass of milk.
Making these Kid Friendly Easter Chick Pudding Cups was a blast because I used to raise baby chicks when I was little. Every Spring, my dad would have a full incubators worth of fertile eggs “baking” little baby chics.
It was always so much fun taking care of them once they hatched, and watching them grow up. I have always had such a fondness for yellow baby chicks and that is what inspired these fun cups!
The beauty of Super Snack Pack pudding cups is that they can be eaten alone or with delicious mix-ins. The possibilities are endless and so much fun! For my little yellow baby chicks, I used Nilla Wafers for the bodies which was tasty, and fun!
The grass was made using sweetened coconut flakes and food gel. Lastly, the little flower accents, beaks, and eyes are candy pieces I had on hand.
Essentially, the beauty of having fun with Super Snack Pack pudding cups is that you can add pretty much anything you want to mix in! You could do mini eggs, jelly beans, Oreos, Honey Grahams, Reddi Wip, or anything else your heart desires. These would make a great party treat, or activity for the kids!
