Directions:
- Crust 2 tablespoons of toasted cinnamon cereal and place aside.
- Crush 3 cups of toasted cinnamon cereal and add it to a large mixing bowl.
- Add the cream cheese to the large mixing bowl with the 3 cups of crushed cereal. Mix them both until fully combined.
- Line a baking sheet with wax paper.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop 1 inch balls of mixture and form into smooth balls for dipping. Place the balls onto the baking sheet with wax paper. Repeat until finished.
- *Optional – Place the cereal balls in the freezer for about 10 minutes to firm up before the next step.
- Heat the white chocolate candy melts together with the coconut oil in a double boiler or the microwave until silky smooth. If using the microwave, heat in 15 – 30 second intervals and stir in between each interval to ensure the candy doesn’t burn.
- Remove cereal truffles from the freezer, and dip each one into the melted candy.
- Place carefully on the baking sheet, and sprinkle with the 2 tablespoons of crushed cereal.
- Top with a single piece of cereal for a super cute presentation.
These No-Bake Cinnamon Cereal Truffles can also be made with milk chocolate melts, but the white chocolate makes these extra smooth, and ideal for all ages.
