- 1 lb Chicken Tenders *marinated in 2 tablespoons lime juice, 1/3 cup of sriracha and 1/4 cup honey

Basically, this salad requires a lot of veggie chopping and a quick 10 minutes grilling for the chicken; all of which can be prepared ahead of time. I marinated our tenders for 8 hours and grilled them until clear juices ran free. You can also prepare the dressing earlier in the day to allow the flavors to meld. To prevent your avocado from browning, sprinkle with lime juice. If you love the citrusy tang of limes, you can also add additional lime wedges for flavoring your salad.
