St. Patrick’s Day Chocolate Bark-Just Two Ingredients!
St. Patrick’s Day is on March 17th which is now just two weeks away. If you are looking for a low key, and easy way to celebrate, I have the perfect sweet treat snack for you. How about some marbleized green and chocolate bark? It literally takes maybe 5 minutes to make, and is so delicious! My kids helped me make the swirls, and after 30 minutes, it was ready to break apart and eat! The best part is our St. Patrick’s Day Chocolate Bark didn’t even require a stove top-just a microwave, and its just two simple ingredients!
Want to make some St. Patrick’s Day Chocolate Bark?
- Mini baking sheet
- Parchment Paper
- Toothpicks
- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 1 1/4 cup green candy melts (green colored white chocolate favored). You can add green food gel to white morsels if you cannot find these.
- Two microwave safe bowls
Prepare a mini baking sheet with parchment paper
In a microwave melt both bowls of chocolate until thin and creamy. This took me about (4) 25 second intervals-you will want to stir each bowl in between each 25 second melting period.
When melted make, apply the chocolate in 2-3 circles on the baking sheet
Using a toothpick swirl the colors. Once desired effect is achieved, cover, and place the sheet in the fridge for 30 minutes
Once it is hardened, break apart the bark, and enjoy!
This St. Patrick’s Day Chocolate Bark would be a fun classroom activity, or at home for little ones.

White chocolate is my favorite. Wonder how it would look with white and green. Makes me want chocolate! :)
