Kid-Friendly Thanksgiving Party Punch & Turkey Juice Boxes
Kids will not feel like they are missing out this Thanksgiving thanks to this kid-friendly Party Punch and Turkey Juice Boxes. I am a Juicy Juice Ambassador. All views expressed are that of our own.
Thanksgiving is just two weeks away-YIKES!Where has the time flown off to? I swear, it feels like yesterday was Halloween, and the week before that Summer vacation.
While I am already decorated, the shock of realizing that Thanksgiving is just mere weeks away gives me butterflies!
I have a nice event the day before Thanksgiving to attend so I am really going to have to up my pie game the night before.
This year, we are staying in for Thanksgiving to enjoy a peaceful, quiet day at home. We started this tradition last year and want to have it continue! There is nothing more relaxing than lounging by the fire with a nice drink, full belly, and pies galore waiting to be eaten.
Do you have a kid’s Thanksgiving Table?
If so, you might be interested in this easy Thanksgiving Kids craft, or this Kid’s Party punch that won’t have them feeling left out.
Each year, I make some adult fruit-based drinks for my husband and the kids always get upset that they cannot have fruit in their juice. This year, I will be surprising them with turkey juice boxes and Kid-Friendly Thanksgiving Party Punch! Now they too will be enjoying some slightly carbonated, fruity goodness with their meal and dessert (like these Mini Pumpkin Pies made in a Muffin Tin).
In our house, if my kids are drinking juice, it is ONLY Juicy Juice 100% Juice.
We love all the varieties and switch up between the juice boxes and bottles. I try to avoid extra sugary drinks as much as possible and my kids are not really allowed to drink soda.
But, since Thanksgiving is a day of feasting, I thought my kids would love the Turkey Juice Boxes I will set on their table settings and this Kid-Friendly Thanksgiving Party Punch.
Aren’t these turkeys cute?
For once, I made these all by myself and felt like I was back teaching kindergarten! I normally try to involve my kids in crafting, but these are a surprise!
Want to make these Turkey Juice Boxes? Check out what you will need below–I promise, this Thanksgiving craft for kids is so easy!
Supplies needed to make Turkey Juice Boxes:
- Juicy Juice 100% Juice boxes-we used apple
- Red, yellow, and orange cardstock
- Craft Paper
- Ruler
- Googly eyes
- Glue Stick
- Tape
- Stapler
Directions:
Measure out the size of your juice box to cut enough craft paper.
Once you do that trim the top so that the paper only goes a little over the juice box.
Using plain tape, tape each side of paper together to create a snug fit.
For the feathers, I free-hand drew some long oval shapes and cut them out.
To get the fanned look, I pieced 3 different colored feathers together and stapled them.
For the beak I cut out little triangles, and I drew a little squiggly gobble using red paper.
To adhere the feathers, I used a glue stick. You can also use tape if your prefer.
Next, I glued on the eyes, beak, and gobble.
Repeat until your turkeys are done.

Kid-Friendly Thanksgiving Party Punch & Turkey Juice Boxes
Ingredients
- 18 ounces Juicy Juice 100% Cherry Juice *You can use ANY variety of Juicy Juice because they would ALL work!
- 1 can lemon lime soda
- 1/4 cup honey dew melon cut into small, bite-sized chunks
- 1/4 cup watermelon cut into small, bite-sized chunks
- 1/4 cup pineapple cut into small, bite-sized chunks
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup red raspberries
Instructions
- Add all fruit to a bowl and mix. Fill each a large pitcher with fruit, juice, and soda. I do have a large pitcher but it is in storage so I directly added my fruit to each cup with a splash of soda for photo purposes. It works better if you use the pitcher, cover it with plastic wrap, and chill it for at least an hour.
