Ready to put together a simple, inexpensive, Unicorn Easter basket? If so, you must include the Magical Easter Unicorn from R.M. Palmer. It retails for around $5 and will be the main attraction for your child’s Easter Basket. This post is sponsored by R.M. Palmer. All views are our own.
Easter is right around the corner and with a little less than 2 weeks to go, now is the time to start ordering your child’s Easter basket goodies.
Despite the current situation, ordering Easter supplies like egg hunt candy and basket fillers can be made easy thanks to in-store pickup, curbside options, and delivery. You can find candies from brands like Palmer Chocolate nation-wide and at stores like Dollar Tree, Dollar General, Target, and Walmart. You can also order select foiled candies in bulk on Amazon.
Magical Easter Unicorn
I recently purchased the Magical Easter Unicorn at Walmart for just $4.98!! That is a steal considering how yummy and adorable it is!
This edible unicorn is 7.5 ounces of birthday cake flavored confection. It features a colorful sprinkle flecked cream body, a pink mane, yellow horns, and bright blue eyes. It is hollow, but also thick in shape providing a nice crunch when you bite into it.
The Magical Easter Unicorn would be perfect for any little one on your list who enjoys unicorns, ponies, or fun gag gifts. It would make an adorable and inexpensive feature for any Easter Basket.
Budget friendly Easter basket
This Easter Basket that is featured cost about $15 to make. It features items purchased at both Walmart and the dollar store. The basket was under $2 as well as the basket cover which are both from Walmart. The Palmer Sprinkle/ Chocolate-flavored Bunny Pops were just $1. The Unicorn Sprinkles Candy bar was also just $1.
Plush animals and slime from Target and the dollar store were also around $1. The most expensive thing was the Magical Easter Unicorn that was just $4.98. Of course, you can make your basket even cheaper by purchasing most of the stuff at the dollar store.
If you are looking to make your basket for just $5 you could find Palmer candies at Dollar Tree. Items like their Baby Binks, and foiled confections are just $1! Buy the basket, filler, and candies for a great price.
I am always fascinated at how generic and expensive the pre-made Easter baskets are from stores. Sure, they are convenient, but after all the fluff is removed most of the time they are 75% waste, and 25% toys/candy for outrageous prices.
This year, consider saving your money and creating your own budget friendly basket filled with delicious confections from brands like Palmer candies.
The Magical Easter Unicorns are a fun and unexpected addition and will surely mix up the traditional Easter bunny feature.
