This recipe makes two 12 ounce smoothies. If you want to make enough for the week, just multiply the fruit by each day of consumption.
Add each ingredient to a blender, and blend on smoothie mode until thick and creamy. Serve right away while cold.
Pour in a cup, add whatever you want to it, and enjoy!
