Air-Fried Canned Apple Pie Egg Rolls

Egg roll wrappers are stuffed with canned apple pie filling and then air-fried until golden brown. Coated with cinnamon and sugar they are a delicious dessert.

Ingredients

  • 12 whole egg roll wrappers
  • 21 ounces canned apple pie filling
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted

Instructions

  • Lay out two egg roll wrappers on a flat surface (stacked for thickness), with a corner facing you. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of the wrapper. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides. 
  • Roll the egg roll up tightly, moistening the edges with water or egg wash to seal. Repeat with remaining filling and egg roll wrappers.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Lightly coat the egg rolls with melted butter.
  • Arrange the egg rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them for air to circulate.
  • Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Brush egg rolls with remaining butter and coat with cinnamon and sugar.
  • Serve warm with your favorite toppings and enjoy the delicious taste of homemade apple pie without the hassle
