Ingredients

  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 10 ounces oyster crackers
  • 4 tablespoons ranch seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dill *dried, or fresh

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 250℉ (120℃). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the ranch seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, and dried dill.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butter in the microwave.
  • Add the oyster crackers to the parchment-lined baking sheet and pour butter over the crackers.
  • Sprinkle seasoning over crackers and then toss crackers to evenly coat.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the crackers are lightly golden brown and crisp.
  • Cool the crackers completely before storing in an airtight container.
