Hot Honey Peach & Ricotta Flatbreads
An incredibly easy 15-minute gourmet flatbread recipe featuring crispy store-bought naan topped with creamy Galbani Whole Milk Ricotta, savory ham, sweet sliced peaches, fresh basil, and a drizzle of spicy hot honey.

- 2 naan flatbreads
- 1 cup Galbani® Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese divided
- 2 slices ham sliced into thin strips
- 1 peach remove seed, sliced into 8 pieces
- ground black pepper *to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons hot honey
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the two pieces of naan bread onto a large, parchment-lined baking sheet.
Divide ricotta evenly between the two flatbreads, adding a 4 spoonfuls on each flatbread.
Evenly distribute the torn ham pieces over the ricotta layer. Top with the fresh peach slices, arranging them so they lay relatively flat. Season with freshly ground black pepper.
Pop the baking sheet into the oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges of the naan are golden brown and crispy, the ricotta is warm, and the peaches are just starting to soften and release their juices.
Remove from the oven. Immediately drizzle generously with hot honey and scatter the fresh basil across the top. Cut into wedges and serve warm!
