Let’s be honest for a second. When you only have a handful of ingredients in a recipe, every single one of them has to carry its weight. You can’t hide a mediocre ingredient under a mountain of toppings.

That is why we are using Galbani® Whole Milk Ricotta for the base of this flatbread.
If you’ve ever bought a bargain-brand ricotta only to open it and find a watery, grainy mess that makes your pizza soggy… I feel your pain. We’ve all been there. Galbani is Italy’s favorite cheese brand for a reason—it is incredibly rich, thick, and velvety. It spreads onto the naan like an absolute dream and holds its texture beautifully in a hot oven without separating.

Pro Tip: Make sure to buy the Whole Milk version for this recipe. We want that luxurious, creamy contrast against the sharp bite of the hot honey and the crispness of the naan!

Ingredients Checklist
- Naan Bread: Original or garlic flavor works perfectly.
- Galbani Whole Milk Ricotta: Our star player.
- Fresh Peaches: Look for peaches that are fragrant and give just a little bit when squeezed. If they are rock-hard, let them sit on your counter for a day or two first.
- Deli Ham: Give it a rough tear or chop so you get a bit of savory goodness in every bite.
- Ground Black Pepper: Freshly cracked makes a huge difference here.
- Hot Honey & Fresh Basil: For that irresistible, trendy sweet-heat finish.

Making Easy Hot Honey Peach Flatbread with Ham, Ricotta & Basil
Prep the Base: Lay two pieces of naan bread on a baking sheet and drop four generous spoonfuls of pure Galbani Whole Milk Ricotta evenly across each one—no spreading required!
Layer the Toppings: Take one piece of ham per flatbread, roll it up, slice it into ribbons, and scatter them over the bread. Arrange your sweet, fresh peach slices right on top.
Season and Bake: Dust everything with a fresh crack of ground black pepper right before popping it into a 400°F oven for 8 to 10 minutes until the naan edges are golden-crisp and those dollops of ricotta are warm and melty.
The Flavor Drizzle: Take it out of the oven and immediately finish with a generous drizzle of hot honey and a handful of fresh, aromatic basil. Slice and enjoy!

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use prosciutto instead of ham? Absolutely! Prosciutto is a fantastic substitute if you want an even saltier, more elevated flavor profile. Just tear it up and layer it on exactly like the ham.
How do I store leftovers? If you somehow have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. To reheat, pop them back into a 350°F oven or a toaster oven for a few minutes to crisp the naan back up. Avoid the microwave, or the crust will get soggy!
