Strawberry Spinach Salad with Feta

This spinach-based salad is fresh, filling, and features a variety of garden-fresh produce and delicious meat and cheese add ins. It is a lovely play on sweet & savory and will satisfy your taste buds.

  • 6 cups spinach wash, and pat dry
  • 6 ounces chicken cooked, diced
  • 6 strawberries hulled, and sliced
  • 2 tbsps sliced red onion
  • 1 tbsp green onion
  • 1 small tomato sliced
  • 1/2 avocado diced
  • 2 tbsps candied walnuts
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese
  • 1/3 cup raspberry vinaigrette or your favorite light dressing


  • Add spinach to a large bowl.
  • Add in berries, onions, tomato, and avocado.
  • Add in cooked chicken.
  • Toss thoroughly.
  • Sprinkle on nuts, and cheese.
  • Toss gently with dressing.
  • Eat right away or chill covered tightly until mealtime.
