Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Premio Spicy Italian Sausage
  • 6 brat buns *can use hoagie/sub rolls of your choice.
  • 6 slices non-smoked provolone
  • ½ cup marinara
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ½ teaspoon Italian Herbs
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Cook the Premo Sausage links on a grill over medium heat until browned and cooked throughout.
  • In a small bowl, combine the butter, and Italian herbs and spices.
  • Place a sausage link on each roll. Top with marinara sauce and provolone cheese.
  • Brush the butter mixture over the sandwich rolls.
  • Place the assembled subs on a broiler pan and broil for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
