Ingredients

  • 25 ounces canned chicken salad I used
  • 2 ribs celery diced
  • 2 tablespoons red onion diced
  • 2 whole green onions chopped
  • 1 cup mayonaisse *use ¾ for a less creamy salad
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • teaspoon ground black pepper
  • teaspoon onion powder
  • teaspoon garlic powder
  • teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Herbs

Instructions

  • Open the can of chicken and thoroughly drain the liquid. You may also rinse the chicken. Remove any floating fat pieces.
  • In a large bowl, add drained chicken, celery, onion, green onion, mustard, mayonaisse, and spices.
  • Using a spatula or spoon, combine all ingredients until well-mixed.
  • Cover bowl tightly and place in the fridge for at least an hour to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Serve on a bed of greens, on bread, or with crackers. Enjoy!
