5 Minute Chocolate Orange Pudding Cups
Making easy snacks for my kids out of ingredients I have on hand has become my mommy super power lately. My kids are starting to snub the snacks I have been buying so I decided to make them a creative and easy sweet treat this past weekend. We had some extra oranges, wontons leftover from a meal, and some chocolate pudding on hand I mistakenly bought.
Ok, so the chocolate pudding turned out to be a nice mistake! I was suppose to buy rice pudding for a project on my food blog Sizzling Eats, but instead picked the chocolate up. I kinda love when stuff like that happens because it gives me a great excuse to have some yummy treats on hand.
If you asked me a few years ago about chocolate being in wonton wrappers I most likely would have scrunched my face up and said yuck! However the curious and creative me now know these two flavors and textures go together like peas in a pod. I am addicted to filling wonton dough wrappers with everything from puddings to savory chicken, or even crab fillings. I am going to share some yummy recipes at the bottom of this post for some additional baked wonton recipes.
For these 5 Minute Chocolate Orange Pudding Cups I used the following ingredients:
- About half a tub of Kozy Shack Chocolate pudding *you could use or make your own as well
- 24 wonton wrappers
- Coconut oil baking spray
- Muffins Tins
- Powdered Sugar
- 3 large Oranges wedged
Place wonton wrappers in muffin tins and quickly spritz them with some baking spray
Bake wontons at 400 for 3 minutes
Remove them from the muffins tin after they have cooled, and fill them with about 3/4 of a tablespoon of pudding.
Garnish with one orange wedge in each and a sprinkle of powdered sugar
Voila, you’ve got a quick snack that took like 5 minutes to make! These 5 Minute Chocolate Orange Pudding Cups are also amazing party snacks and appetizers too!
These were so pretty that I had to take a million pics!

Chocolate and orange is such a killer combo. I have never seen it with a real orange and I am not sure why…I think this would be the best.
