Ingredients
- 2 cups Minute Instant Jasmine Rice
- 2 cups water *for rice prep
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ¼ cup red onion diced
- 1 medium tomato diced
- ½ cup shredded lettuce
- ½ cup shredded cheese blend
Special Burger Sauce
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet relish
- ¼ cup ketchup
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a stockpot, bring two cups of water to a rolling boil.
- Add in 2 cups of Minute Instant Jasmine Rice, stir, cover, and remove from heat.
- Allow rice to sit for 5 minutes, or until water is fully absorbed; fluff rice with a fork.
- In a skillet, brown seasoned ground beef.
- Set out plates/bowls, and divide rice evenly. Top each bowl with an even amount of ground beef, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and onion.
Special Burger Sauce
- In a small bowl, add mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, and ground black pepper. Mix to fully combine.
- Drizzle the desired amount of special burger sauce over each rice bowl and enjoy warm!
