5-Minute Back to School Meal
Minute Rice Cups are the perfect ingredient for our Cheesy Bean & Rice Burritos. You can use any flavor you prefer but we used the Minute Jalapeño Rice Cups for that extra special touch of heat. Paired with refried beans, and nacho cheese sauce these were a hit with the kiddos. I served ours with salsa for a quick and flavor-packed meal.
Cheesy Bean & Rice Burrito (4 Ingredients)

Ingredients
- 16 ounces refried beans
- 10.5 ounces nacho cheese sauce
- 6 medium tortillas
- 8.8 ounces Minute Jalapeño Rice Cups
Instructions
- Heat Minute Jalapeño Rice Cups according to the package instructions.
- Heat refried beans and nacho cheese sauce.
- Add Minute Jalapeño Rice to the center of the tortilla followed by the beans and cheese sauce.
- Tuck in burrito sides, and roll up.
- Place the seam side down on a heated griddle and grill until golden-brown.
- Enjoy with salsa or sour cream.
