If there is one thing in life my family lives for, it is to enjoy flavorful foods. Who doesn’t love yummy, delicious meals like tasty Honey Sriracha Chicken Wings? Ok, let me rephrase that- who doesn’t love yummy delicious foods that don’t give you heartburn?
Alright, so we don’t live in a perfect world here so something has to give right, I mean it is college basketball season after all!
Sadly, my husband might love game time favorites like my sweet and spicy chicken wings, but the poor guy use to pay (health-wise) to eat them due to his frequent heartburn.
Every time he ate, he would be fine for about an hour, and then it would hit him. That burning feeling in his chest that would eventually creep into his throat.
Sound familiar? Getting older stinks, but these wings are still good and that is what this recipe is all about–tasty chicken wings!

Those look delicious. I have been lucky so far that spicy foods don’t generally upset my stomach but will definitely try Nexium if that changes!
