Sadly, this recipe does not freeze well as it will be toughen the fish and make the cracker crumbs really soggy.
Prepare clam strips according to the package. On a griddle melt butter and toast each bun side for 2-3 mins until it gets a golden brown color.
Add lettuce to the center of each bun and stuff each with warm clam strips.
