My easy and delicious cornbread loaf is made with real sweet corn kernels and heavy cream, so it’s moist, flavorful, and perfect for any occasion or recipe. 

We love the thick tight crumb of this cornbread. I love how it is sweet but not dessert-like. The corn kernels add a yummy texture and extra moisture.

What you'll need:

Prep Time: 10 Mins

– 1½ cups all-purpose flour – 1½ cups corn meal – ½ teaspoon baking powder – ½ teaspoon baking soda – ½ cup granulated sugar – ½ cup Land O Lakes® Salted Butter  – 2 large eggs – 1 cup heavy cream – 2 tablespoons sour cream – 1 cup corn kernels fresh or frozen

Cook time: 60 minutes
