February is American Heart Month. This is a month of reflection for me since my dad died so young of heart-related causes. It makes me want to be as healthy as possible to be able to hopefully live a long life.
One of the best ways you can live your best life is to eat nutritious foods, exercise, and make smart decisions with your lifestyle. For me, living my best life is eating foods I might love in moderation and getting daily exercise.

How to Store your Greek Yogurt Mix Ins
I like to make my mix ins ahead of time (about a day in advance when I have time), so I use little 8-ounce mini glass canning jars to store my snacks. When we are hungry, we simply head to the fridge to grab a creation!

These are all such fun ideas. I love to mix in different things with my yogurt. I keep it healthy, but I also go for the tasty stuff like fruit and dark chocolate. Never milk chocolate. If I have chocolate, I have to at least have the super healthy kind.
