How To Easily Incorporate More Water Into Your Lifestyle

Drinking enough water can be one of the toughest things to achieve for so many! I know I was one of them people who hard a hard time drinking water. It is not that I didn’t enjoy it, but I was just never really thirsty. My body just wanted mostly coffee, but then things started to happen. I felt lackluster, my skin was dry and I was getting headaches. Little did I know that I was super dehydrated..yikes!
Now, I have learned to love and appreciate water. I have have also made it a habit to get my daily water intake, and I wanted to share it with you all.
Maybe you need that extra boost or inspiration to hydrate your body and restore your natural glow from the inside out.Through experience, I have learned that when it comes to drinking water you need to have it nearby. The whole out of sight, out of mind thing really will stall your goals of drinking enough. Basically, you need to always have that water bottle, glass, or pitcher nearby to hydrate. By keeping these mediums nearby you are constantly reminded to take a sip throughout the day.
Lately to cut down on water bottle waste, I have been really loving my 6 cup Brita® Filter Pitcher. It is easy to store in my fridge, and reminds me to drink at least one full pitcher’s worth of water each day.
But, that is not all I am doing to stay on track. Lately, I have been portioning out citrus slices in Glad® Storage Bags to easily grab for my water. For years I have been a sucker for a healthy wedge of lemon in my icy water. In fact, it was pretty much the only way I could get myself to drink water. Now, I have expanded my love for citrus and have worked in limes wedges, orange, and even grapefruit.
Not only do I get to enjoy tasty, citrus-infused water, but I also reap the benefits of fruit slices provide.
To get started on easily incorporating more water into your lifestyle, here is what I suggest you do:
Invest in a Brita® Filter Pitcher. You can find these at stores like Dollar General. It retails for just $16 and will take your tap water from drab to fab in minutes! I love having the pitcher with the perfect ice-cold water from the fridge. It sure beats using plastic water bottles when I work at home!
Pick up some Glad® Storage Bags or Containers to store your sliced citrus. You can use one bag for each type of citrus fruit making variety at your finger tips.

I love the idea of a water pitcher at home and avoid those bottles that need to be recycled. Fruit flavoring makes the water even better for taste and vitamins.
