Drinking enough water can be one of the toughest things to achieve for so many! I know I was one of them people who hard a hard time drinking water. It is not that I didn’t enjoy it, but I was just never really thirsty. My body just wanted mostly coffee, but then things started to happen. I felt lackluster, my skin was dry and I was getting headaches. Little did I know that I was super dehydrated..yikes!
Now, I have learned to love and appreciate water. I have have also made it a habit to get my daily water intake, and I wanted to share it with you all.

I love to drink water infused with fruits and berries. It’s really the only way I can get myself to drink enough water in a day.
I have been making fruit infused water for years. It is pretty much the only way I can drink it these days.
These are great tips to drink more water. I love being able to increase water by adding fruit to it. These are wonderful ways to help people stay hydrated, we need water!
I love the idea of a water pitcher at home and avoid those bottles that need to be recycled. Fruit flavoring makes the water even better for taste and vitamins.
Wow, my thoughts exactly. I’m a water drinker and it’s my drink of choice, however, I could always drink more. I have a Brita too and love it.
