Ingredients
- 6 scoops sugar free vanilla ice cream or regular vanilla ice cream
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree *not pumpkin pie filling
- ¼ cup Torani® Puremade Zero Sugar Pumpkin Spice Syrup or Torani® Puremade Pumpkin Spice Syrup
- 3 sugar free vanilla cookies or vanilla wafer style cookies
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- ¼ cup sugar-free whipped topping *or regular variety

*Almost* Sugar-Free Pumpkin Ice Cream Dessert
Equipment
- KitchenAid Stand Mixer with paddle attachment
- Ice Cream Scoop
- Measuring cups & spoons
- Glass and long spoon
Ingredients
- 6 scoops sugar free vanilla ice cream or regular vanilla ice cream
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree *not pumpkin pie filling
- ¼ cup Torani® Puremade Zero Sugar Pumpkin Spice Syrup or Torani Pumpkin Spice Syrup
- 3 sugar free vanilla cookies or vanilla wafer style cookies
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- ¼ cup sugar-free whipped topping *or regular variety
Instructions
- In the bowl of a stand mixer (fitted with the paddle attachment), add the ice cream, cookies, pumpkin spice, and Torani® Puremade Zero Sugar Pumpkin Spice Syrup.
- Lock the bowl into place, lock the machine, and turn the speed to medium. You want the ice cream to just be blended into a soft serve consistency.
- Remove the ice cream from the bowl, and scoop into a glass. Top with whipped topping and additional pumpkin spice, or cookie crumbs. Enjoy with a long spoon.
