The items that help me to personally unwind and relax are the following:

For this mom time-out relaxation kit, I decided to stick with purples because this color relaxes me and lifts my mood. You can choose a color theme you like to make it extra special.

My mom time-outs usually only last around 15 minutes, unless I am taking a bath. I try to keep things unplugged to enjoy my time to restore and refresh.
