Looking for the best way to use up Thanksgiving leftovers? This Leftover Thanksgiving Casserole is the perfect dish for combining all the amazing flavors of Thanksgiving into one plate!
I really love making my own Thanksgiving dinner for my family because it means lots of leftovers for the next few days. I make a huge turkey for my family of five, and 4 lbs of stuffing so leftovers are certainly abundant!
We normally eat the same meal at least twice, and then I like to be a little creative and use up the last of my large meal to make Thanksgiving Leftover Casserole.
Thanksgiving is all about the side dishes! Besides my favorite – Sweet Potato Casserole with Marshmallows & Pecans, my homemade stuffing comes in at a very close second!
I just love combining stuffing, mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce with a bite of turkey because the flavors are so harmonious!

This looks pretty tasty. We didn’t do a traditional Thanksgiving dinner this year so I’ll have to wait until next year to make it.

I have made a casserole out of the leftovers, when I don’t eat all of my favorite leftovers first. But, I’ve never included the cranberries in it, it sounds good!

This is a great post about what to do with all that leftover turkey besides making plain old turkey sandwiches. The photo contest also sounds like fun and worth the effort to try and win some of the awesome prizes the brand is giving away.
