If you also love pastry like these, this Cream Cheese Danish Crescent Rolls recipe needs to be in your life.
The beauty of this easy danish recipe is that you can save this recipe (print it out below) and make it JUST with the sweet cream cheese, cheesecake-like filling or you can add pretty much a heaping teaspoon of any jam, or fruit you desire.

Best Tip for Working with Crescent Dough
Crescent dough is one of my personal favorite hacks to make foods like like my viral Pepperoni and Cheese Bombs, and these S’mores Bombs. I love how easy it is to work with. The worst part is waiting for the crescent roll tube to pop! I admit, that part is a little nerve wracking…haha!
The #1 tip is keep the tube in the fridge until you are ready to use it. Warm crescent dough starts to spread, and gets soo incredibly sticky. You want to work with crescent dough when it is chilled right before baking.
To make these danish, carefully pop open your crescent roll tube and unwrap it leaving the dough “rolled up”. Using a knife, cut the dough into 8 equal discs.
How to Make Cream Cheese Danish Crescent Rolls
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, and then place each dough disc on it after you carefully spread them a little into danish shapes.
You will want to create a little depression in each to fill them with the cream cheese mixture first, and then the blackberries.
They will grow double their size in the oven. Be sure to space them out appropriately.
These crescent roll danish go well with coffee, or tea. Get the printable recipe below! Let us know if you make them!

I just bought a container of blackberries, and was wondering what to do with them! Thank you for this quick danish fix! I will throw them together in the morning!
Amy Bogen says
Just made these tonight and they are delicious! Fun and easy. I would suggest that when cutting the croissant rolls into eights- first cut the rolled croissants in half, then each half in half and then each one of those fourths into halves. Works great!
Amy says
That is such a great tip! Thank you, for sharing!
Ruth says
can these be frozen?
Amy says
Yes! To freeze, place assembled danish on a lined baking sheet. Place sheet in the freezer. Once the danish are frozen, individually wrap them and store them in a freezer-safe bag or container for up to 3 months.
Lillian Bloom says
These danishes are delishis. I will make these more often.

What if i dont have powdered sugar for glaze? Is there a subtitute?
Amy Desrosiers says
Melted, canned vanilla frosting is a good substitute.
Bobi says
These were great and easy to make. The only thing I did differently, was to make them with Jam instead of the fresh berries.
Bobi says
I made these this week and they turned out great! I’m sure the fresh berries would have made them better but I didn’t have any. I opted for jam. I made half apricot and half mixed berry jam. Quick and easy! Thank you for the recipe!
Julia Chenault says
1/4 c fresh blackberries is not much!
I probably used a cup., 5-7 on each round. And the amount of cream cheese per round was much more than tsp. And cooked about 20 min. Delicious.
